Peace Proms 2024Once again this year, the amazing Hansfield Choir took part in the Peace Proms Concert 2024 at the RDS on Saturday, 3rd February. Months of practice with their choir leaders, Emily and Kate, culminated in Saturday's concert where the children joined with over 2,000 other pupils from around the country. Singing at Mount Hybla Residential HomeOur school choir was delighted to be invited back to Mount Hybla Residential Home in Castleknock.
The fourth class members of the school choir performed for the residents. We received a warm welcome from the staff and residents. They were delighted to receive the letters and cards that fourth class prepared for them. Afterwards, we went for a walk to Farmleigh. We went on a tree hunt and found lots of native Irish trees. We saw the Farmleigh House, the Clock Tower and lots of animals including donkeys, alpacas, cows, sheep and horses! Relax and take a minute to read The Adventure in the Christmas Factory by Daire in 4th Class. We hope you enjoy it! The Adventure in the Christmas Factory |
