What a week we’ve had here at Hansfield! Thanks to our PTA, every class in the school had their very own Halloween party. With games and tricks and treats, the children had the most wonderful time. I’m sure you heard all about it at home but here’s a short video capturing some fun moments. Enjoy and have a wonderful mid-term break! 20/10/2021
Science Foundation of Ireland AwardCongratulations to all our pupils at HETNS! We received another award from the Science Foundation of Ireland for all of our excellent work in STEM last year. It was a bit trickier this time but with the help of our families we were able to do loads of STEM activities at home as well as in school. Thanks to our excellent teachers and supportive parents for all your help!

The Crocus blooms around the end of January, about the time of international Holocaust Memorial Day (27 January). Alo's class planted their bulbs in the grounds of Áras an Uachtaráin. They also shared tea with Mrs Sabina Higgins who presented them with certificates. They also met Misneach and Bród, the President's dogs! Check out our photos below..... 1/10/2021
'Making Waves' at Draíocht'Aishling's class went to see a very special show at Draíocht. Such a beautiful performance and the children were so captivated by the sea voyage!
How wonderful it was to see our children attending outside performances once again. It's been a long time, but I think you can see by the children, it was well worth the wait. |
